Slow Cooker Chicken Azteca

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trim the fat off

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup of salsa (try using the kind with No Sugar Added)

1 can low sodium black beans (drain ’em, rinse ’em)

2 cloves minced garlic (or more if you like garlic)

1 tsp cumin

Put the chicken in the slow cooker. Top with the remaining ingredients. Put on low for 6-7 hours. You can shred the chicken in the cooker or take out the pieces and top them with the mixture. It’s up to you. Play with the recipe. Put it on a salad, or quinoa. Healthy, good for you, and tasty!
